Gardener & Housekeeper

An experienced Head Gardener is required to work in and manage a large private garden on this Dorset coastal estate. The role will also encompass planning, implementation and management of other gardens and decorative planting areas around our diverse businesses. A good horticultural qualification, in depth plant knowledge and excellent design skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a varied team. A passionate, hands on approach is vital.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a meticulous eye for detail as well as impressive practical and staff management skills. The right candidate will be determined to see projects through and be able both to realise the owners’ vision as well as take responsibility for the design, implementation and management of specific gardens.

Subsidised accommodation is available in this beautiful setting which encompasses five miles of Jurassic coastline, a World Heritage site.
